    At hearmarketplace.com you pay for the hearing aid, programming by an audiologist, and one comprehensive virtual follow-up by an audiologist. If you would like to have more visits from our audiologists, you pay separately for this.

  • Are there any costs involved if I return the hearing aid  to hearmarketplace.com?

    If you return the hearing aid within 30 days, in it’s original packaging, with it’s full contents, and in good condition; the full purchase amount will be refunded.

  • What is the cost for follow-up virtual visits?

    Your hearing aid includes the personal programming and one follow-up virtual visit. If you would like to visit us more often to talk to a hearing care professional about the hearing aid and additional improvements and solutions, you pay per virtual visit. The virtual consultation fee is $60/30 minute session. You only pay for what you use and need. Incidentally, our customers rarely come back because, thanks to our experience and innovative techniques, the first adjustment usually takes place immediately to their satisfaction.

Warranty

  • Is there a warranty on the hearing aids?

    Yes, the hearing aids come with an extended 3 -year manufacturer's warranty. This warranty is for factory repair, service, and loss and damage.  The hearing aid is replaceable via the loss and damage warranty one time during 3-years.  There is a fee of $350 to process the loss and damage claim.

    Once the hearing aid is out for factory repair and service warranty, it can be renewed for a cost of $275.

  • What if the hearing aid is in need of repair, what should I do?

    If the hearing aid needs service/repair, you will complete an online repair form and ship the hearing aid to us. We will have it repaired. If it is a repair within the warranty period, the repair free of charge.

  • How do I process a warranty claim if you are no longer in business?

    We are part of a group of companies that have been in business for more than 15 years, which guarantees continuity. Also, the warranty you get from us is the manufacturer's warranty. If unexpected circumstances arise and we should no longer be able to service you, you can simply contact the manufacturer.
